Note that at 7:10 of the 1 Timothy video the narrator speculates about Paul’s instruction to Timothy regarding wine. The Apostolic Study Bible more accurately notes:

Timothy, who was evidently prone to frequent illness perhaps caused by a contaminated local water supply, would benefit from the medicinal properties of wine. Wine refers to juice at any time after it has been pressed out of the grape (the process of fermentation begins naturally at that time). In the ancient world wine was diluted with water before being drunk as a table beverage.
